- Eat as usual. The ring fills during each pause. A full ring means the pause is done.
- Bites are estimates. If one is missed, tap Count a bite.
How a bite is counted
A bite is estimated when a hand reaches your mouth and moves away again. Opening your mouth alone does not count. A fork or spoon works when the hand holding it comes close to your mouth. Detection runs in your browser; no video leaves this device.
