What this is, and what it isn’t
This is a cooking guide. It shows how to cook without added oil if that is how you have decided to eat. It is not a treatment plan and it makes no promise about your health.
We also say plainly where the science stands. The evidence that removing oil in particular improves health outcomes is weak, and a large trial of a Mediterranean diet with olive oil found fewer cardiovascular events. The kit lays this out with sources so you can decide for yourself. We covered the background in our summary of Dr. Esselstyn’s book.
Cook three recipes. Like them or it’s free.
If the kit doesn’t help, email getmealcoach@gmail.com within 30 days of buying for a full refund. Keep the PDF.
Questions
What do I get?
One PDF with the technique guide, 12 recipes, the 7-day dinner plan and the printable one-pagers. It downloads as soon as you pay.
Does it include nuts, seeds and avocado?
Yes. “Zero-oil” here means no added, extracted oil. A few recipes use peanuts, walnuts or tahini; each is marked and comes with a swap. Some programs, including Dr. Esselstyn’s for heart patients, are stricter. The kit doesn’t certify recipes for any program, so check your program’s own rules.
Is tax included?
Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where your location requires it, so the total can be a little more than the price shown. Checkout is run by Link, a Stripe company, which acts as the seller of record and handles that tax.
Do I need an account?
No. You pay through Stripe and download on the next page. The download works for 30 days in the browser you bought with. After that, email us and we’ll send it again.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is general education about cooking. If you take medication or manage a health condition, talk with your clinician before changing how you eat.
