MealCam is provided as a general awareness and coaching tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Use of MealCam

You are responsible for using the app safely, positioning your phone securely, and deciding whether its coaching is appropriate for you. Camera-based bite and pace estimates can be incomplete or inaccurate.

Health and safety

Do not use MealCam as a substitute for professional care. If eating causes distress, feels out of control, or may involve an eating disorder, consult a qualified professional.

Guides you buy on this website

Guides such as the Zero-Oil Kitchen Kit are PDF downloads sold for a one-time payment. Checkout is run by Link, a Stripe company, which acts as the seller of record for the purchase, adds any sales tax or VAT your location requires, and emails your receipt. They are general education about cooking and food, not medical or dietary advice, and they do not promise any health result. Talk with your clinician before changing how you eat if you take medication or manage a health condition.

If a guide does not help you, email getmealcoach@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. A guide is for your personal use; please do not resell or redistribute it.
